Cameron will forever hold the title as the FIRST AGP Senior Ambassador. I was so excited when her older sister, with whom I’ve been friends with for over 10 years, reached out to inquire about senior photos for her younger sister. It was, consequently, when I had just launched a search for my 2020 Senior Ambassador team!
When I chatted with Cameron during her consultation, I just knew we were going to have a blast during her session! We decided to meet in West Chester for a more “urban” feel in her pictures. Also, she expressed that she’d like to do a Cap and Gown session too–but we were mid-pandemic and she wasn’t even sure how graduation was going to look. I assured her that we would make it happen once she got that cap and gown! We chatted about what types of outfits she should bring–from shoes to accessories and set a date for her shoot!
When we arrived in West Chester, we looked around and decided to start at the courthouse!
We had so much fun walking around and spotting fun places to shoot! From the Courthouse fountain, to alley ways to Gay Street–we captured Cameron’s sparkling personality and got some beautiful pictures for her to commemorate her final year of high school.
Senior Ambassadors receive Rep Cards which they help design to hand out to their classmates and friends. They can earn rewards such as print credits and other cool products featuring their senior photos. Anyone who books his/her own session using one of the cards also receives a discounted session fee! I just love how Cameron’s turned out. We chose a smooth matte finish which made them feel very elegant!
When it came time for her Cap and Gown session, we met at Hibernia Park at golden hour. It is a wonderful place to take pictures because there is a lot of variety. From a river to fields to beautiful buildings. It was a little humid on the evening of her shoot, but we took our time and enjoyed the summer air. She was such a trooper when I asked her to climb through grasses and was up for any creative idea that popped into my mind! The grass was totally worth it! Check out the behind the scenes versus the final photograph:
2020 was such an odd year–especially for students. Even though her senior year was not “normal”, Cameron regarded it with positivity and gratitude for her health and blessings.
Cameron, thank you for trusting me to preserve the memories of your senior year. I am blessed to have gotten to spend so much time with you. I know that your future holds so much potential and that our world is a better place because you are here. Keep smiling!
Warmly,
Ang
